According to Italian journalist Nicolò Schira, a top club in the Saudi league is planning to spend big this summer to sign Manchester City's midfield maestro, Kevin De Bruyne.

Schira reports that this top-tier Saudi club has expressed interest in De Bruyne and is preparing an astonishingly high offer to persuade the Belgian star to join and convince Manchester City to let him go. The 32-year-old De Bruyne's current contract with Manchester City expires next June. Despite being affected by injuries this season, he has still managed to make 24 appearances for the club, scoring 6 goals and providing 18 assists.
